Q1: How long will I wait for my order?

Q3: Can I return an item if it doesn’t match the description?
→ Contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the item for a free, no-fault return (keep the packaging, item, and order number!).

Q4: Can you deliver to rural areas?
→ Some rural areas are covered! Before placing an order, send a WhatsApp with your address to check if delivery is available — our customer service will help confirm for you.

Q5: What if I’m not at home when delivery arrives?
→ The delivery person will call your WhatsApp/phone to reschedule a time (make sure your number is correct and don’t turn off your phone!).
